460% better than MPEG-4

The company Euclid Discoveries has sent out a press release where they claim that their new compression technology called ‘EuclidVision’ with a 460 percent improvement over MPEG-4 and over 600 percent compared to MPEG-2. It will be interesting to see a sample video to see how the quality is. The technology is mainly targeted at mobile phones.
