First of all I got to say that I think the name of this media player is bad, bad, bad. I just keep thinking of ‘404 – file not founs‘. Bad vibe. Besides the name, the Archos 404 seem to be a quite competent portable video player:

Overall, the 404 looks to be an awesome alternative to the current iPod, with its compactness, rich feature set, excellent video performance, and of course, competitive price.
