Hair of the dog viral
8/31/2005 | Mikael SvardhOk, this dude looks like a complete nutcase, but at least I smiled at it, so here it is. It’s a viral for a UK community site called ‘Hair of the dog’.
Micro-bike loop
8/31/2005 | Mikael SvardhPractice makes perfect. At least for this dude, trying to go through a complete loop on a tiny micro-bike.

Other new videos at Nike’s Illvill is this Card trick called the backflip and another card trick called the slide.
The MTX Jackhammer
8/30/2005 | Mikael SvardhIn MTV’s Pimp My Ride episode from August 7, they installed this really too big 22″ SuperWoofer called the MTX JackHammer. It’s a 23” tall, 320 pounds heavy ridiculously big subwoofer. To be able to mount the subwoofer in the car, the whole of the backseat had to go. Stupid. Stupid. Stupid.

It’s a really cool product though – but the size of it makes the whole thing a bit ridiculous! If you want to buy one, expect to pay out $7,499.95.

Best of slides and falls
8/30/2005 | Mikael Svardh
Ok, it’s about time we publish another funny video. This time it’s the best of slides and falls. Yeah, it’s stupid, I know – but you don’t have to click on it! Anyway, a few minutes of slapstick now and then is good for your health. Hehe.

NBA Finals – where legends are born
8/28/2005 | Mikael Svardh
Over at One last word, I found this unusual NBA TV spot. It’s a short plug for the NBA Finals, and features Magic Johnson along with the four superheroes from the Fantastic Four…
Google Maps TV Spot
8/21/2005 | Mikael Svardh
This is a TV ad for Google Maps, written and directed by Jeff Apps. It’s nothing really special – but it’s funny, and it’s the first TV spot I have ever seen for Google.

Girls, girls, girls

I’m not going to say something silly about the gender of the people in this funny video – but the clip is really funny.

Spin – cool short movie
8/18/2005 | Mikael Svardh
Denver-based Double Edge Films (creators of the feature movie 11:59) has just launched their new short film ‘Spin’. I really liked, so go watch it if you got 5 minutes to spare.
Kung Fu Science
8/9/2005 | Mikael Svardh
This cool site, featuring Kung Fu expert Chris and the physicist Michelle, is about how the laws of physics is related to the human body in the aspect of martial arts. Chris has challenged Michelle to break through three pieces of two centimeter pine board. If you want to skip right to the test, just scroll to the section called ‘The Final Test’.
Between You and Me
8/9/2005 | Mikael Svardh
This is a 4 minute long movie, shot entirely with a digital still camera, a Canon EOS 20D. It’s a really cool idea, and it’s very well done. The end result is of course very jerky, but the image quality is truly excellent. Watch it.
