Difference between iPod touch and iPhone?
The obvious difference between the iPhone and the iPod touch is that you can make phone calls with the iPhone – but when you study the new iPod touch you will see that there’s quite many things that are missing. Bill Palmer, the man behind iProng has just published an article on the matter.
If you don’t have the time to read his article here’s a really short summary. The iPod touch is missing:
- Mail application
- Safari link sharing
- Adding items to calendar
- External volume buttons
- Built-in speakers
- Maps, Weather, Stocks
And the iPod back piece is more sensitive for scratches plus the screen is less vivid.
