European PS3 compability issues
As we wrote earlier, the European Playstation 3 lack some hardware that makes the backward compability emulation within a lot worse compared to the Asian or American version. The Japanese and American PS3 is supposed to play 98 percent of all old games, and according to this test over at The Inquirer the European version could only play 1 out of 12 popular PS2 games.
