Origen ae VFD & Windows Vista 64 = bad

Origen ae VFD

I have tried to get the nice display with IR sensor from Origen AE to work with a HTPC running Windows Vista 64 for quite some time now – and it seems impossible to get it working due to the lack of proper drivers from Origen. They haven’t answered any of my support mails either so I don’t know if there’s any driver on it’s way (no, the beta driver doesn’t work for me). So if you are running a HTPC with Vista 64 and are looking for a IR device, you might want to check out some other vendor/product.
