Vintage Polaroid camera
This vintage Polaroid camera on Etsy got sold really quick but ain’t it a beauty? You can’t get ahold of the films anymore but it would be nice in a bookshelf.

Hehe, check out this cool photo I just found over at Reddit. It features a Stormtrooper taking out a toy model AT-AT for a walk. Funny stuff.
How about some Star Wars Coffee? It’s an officially licensed Star Wars product and only available through ThinkGeek:
Coffee blend is comprised of coffees from Africa and Indonesia. Even though these are not certified fair trade, they are specialty-grade coffees which means that droid farmers receive a higher price/pound, compared to exchange-grade coffees.
It’s not the cheapest coffee around though, it’s $9.99 for 12 Oz – and that’s the sale price – but it’s a cool gift!

It took almost 8 months but now Scandinavians can go to their locals stores and get an iPad as well. Today it will be launched in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.
iPad finally launched in Scandinavia [fosfor.com]
iPad 2 is expected to be unveiled and launched approximately the same time of the year as the original iPad was unveiled (January) and start shipping at the same time as well (April).
There are a lot of rumurs about the iPad 2 but one of the most certain updates will be a new high resolution Retina display for the iPad as well. Expect a resoultion north of 2,048 x 1,536 (the current iPad has a resolution of 1,024 x 768). You can also expect a second dock connector which will enable you to dock the iPad in landscape mode. And, of course, a camera. Most probably it will be equipped with two cameras. One low resolution front facing camera to enable facetime features, and one high resolution camera on the back for HD video and real camera usage. More storage with a new 128GB version will show up as well, and the 16GB version will be skipped.
AirPlay got launched with the new iOS 4.2 and iOS 4.2.1 for iPhone and iPad. This means that you can stream wireless sound and video to any AirPlay enabled device (like an AirPort Express or Apple TV). With this cool little thing from PhotoFast called the AP 1000 you can alo get AirPlay in your car (sound only though). It’s a bit messy to implement, but it’s really cool. I guess that many car manufacturers are planning to us pre-installed AirPlay units when the cars are shipped from the factory. Check out the video below.
