Stab-proof T-shirt
Here is a T-shirt that will make you feel a bit like a super hero. The new shirt from Nihon Uni is made out of some kind of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber that is supposed to protect you against stab wounds. It would be interesting to see if this one really works – I am a bit sceptical…

i could use one of those for my neighborhood. my gf and i were thinking of getting some pepper spray for when we go out on walks but those shirts look sweet.

LTV (z ang. Loan To Value) jest to wskaźnik określający stosunek kwoty kredytu do wartości zabezpieczenia. Zwykle ma on związek z oprocentowaniem oraz kosztami uzyskania kredytu. Im niższy poziom LTV, tym lepsze warunki spłaty rat. Obecnie LTV ma także ścisły związek w ogóle z możliwością podjęcia kredytu mieszkaniowe.
